The purpose of running this project is to support the decision maker either the bus service provider (a bus company) as well as the bus passengers. The expected result of this project to the bus service provider is to optimize the scheduling of public bus operation on the road. Whereas, for the passenger, the mobile application will be developed to assist the passenger regarding the schedule of the bus in real time. By using a typical handy mobile phone GPS tool, the data are collected. Finally, the visualization is the point of interest of this project such as the bus operation will be displayed. Online application, for the analysis and visualization of the bus operation will be provided to the users.
