Expression of Bacteriocin yields
Process optimization is a critical step in Bioprocesses to achieve enhanced yields. When multiple factors were involved than the conventional optimization methods were false positive and they may not address the nonlinear relationship between the factors studied with respect to the final yields
Many tools were in use to apply ANN-GA based optimization and validation studies in bioprocess optimization, but were found difficulty to apply and not very user friendly.
Please suggest a latest and user friendly Biosimulation tool to study the process optimization and validation applying ANN-GA?
