I am about to apply a mindfulness intervention using MBSR. My design is experimental with pre-post test measurements. My question is. Should I apply mindful scale right after the last session, or should I wait for a few days? I imagine that if I applied the scale just after completing, I would be measuring mindfulness state instead of mindfulness trait. The scale I will use is MAAS. Should I measure mindfulness in the last session of the intervention, or a few days later?.

This project has three phases: 1.Translate non-attachment and compassion questionnaires into Spanish and evaluate their reliability. 2. Apply questionnaires of mindfulness, not attachment, compassion, stress, anxiety and depression in Mexican population and analyze their association. 3. Analyze the effect of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction adaptation on non-attachment, depression, anxiety and stress, within a company and with a non-clinical population in Mexico.
