Introduction
Dr. Pham Quoc Trung is former Vice Dean of School of Industrial Management of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam. His current research focus includes information retrieval system, MIS, DSS, knowledge management, etc. He has published and spoken on several topics in information technology, quantitative methods, MIS and knowledge management. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Information Technology from HCMC University of Science, and his PhD. in Economics from Kyoto University, Japan.
