Introduction
With over ten years of experience in academia, I am passionate about conducting and teaching management research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the field of management. I am currently a Lecturer (Management) in the School of Business & Law at Central Queensland University (CQU), Australia. Moreover, I have had the privilege of working as a Sessional Lecturer at CQU and RMIT University and as a Tutor at the University of Melbourne.
