Dr. Qais is from Yemen, currently HoD of Administrative Sciences at AFS College, Gulf University, Bahrain. He is also Managing reviewer of Social Science Journal, Elsevier Journal regarding TQM, Journal of Science publication and also others. He holds a PhD , MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).
