Introduction
Priscilla Cardoso Rodrigues graduated in Law and completed her Master in Law at the Paulista State University (UNESP), São Paulo, Brazil.She is a Ph.D. candidate in the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra, where she is also a Researcher at the Legal Institute and a CAPES scholar in the Law Ph.D. Program. Currently, she is a Professor of Indigenous Peoples Law in the Institute of Law Studies and in the Insikiran Institute of Indigenous Higher Education at the Federal University of Roraima
