Introduction
I am an Associate Professor in the College of Business Administration at the University of Mindanao, specializing in Human Resource Management. I am currently working towards earning my Doctorate in Human Resource Management, constantly seeking out new opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. I am dedicated to both teaching and research and am committed to making a meaningful impact on my students and the academic community as a whole.
