Introduction
I am s Ph.D. fellow at Jeonbuk National University in South Korea. My passion lies in the intersection of artificial intelligence and Bioinformatics, with a specific focus on the intriguing world of SARS-CoV-2 escape sequences. Through my research, I strive to predict, analyze, and discover potential drugs that can contribute to the development of effective vaccines and the prevention of pandemics. • Research and Development in the field of Machine learning & Big Data. The world of Information and Technology is growing beyond what was expected a decade ago. Every day there is a new advancement in technology and so as the generation of data from those sources. The use of Internet is such as huge now days that hardly any corner of the technology is not equipped with the Internet as means of communication.

The emergence of immune-evasive mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein is consistently challenging existing vaccines and therapies, making precise prediction of their escape potential a critical imperative. Artificial Intelligence(AI) holds great promise for deciphering the intricate language of protein. Here, we employed a Generative Adversaria...

This work introduces AntiCPs-CompML, a novel Machine learning framework for the rapid identification of anti-coronavirus peptides (ACPs). ACPs, acting as viral shields, offer immense potential for COVID-19 therapeutics. However, traditional laboratory methods for ACP discovery are slow and expensive. AntiCPs-CompML addresses this challenge by utili...

> Cancer is the second-leading cause of death worldwide, and therapeutic peptides that target and destroy cancer cells have received a great deal of interest in recent years. Traditional wet experiments are expensive and inefficient for identifying novel anticancer peptides; therefore, the development of an effective computational approach is essen...

Motivation: Viruses have coevolved with their hosts for over millions of years and learned to escape the host's immune system. Although not all genetic changes in viruses are deleterious, some significant mutations lead to the escape of neutralizing antibodies and weaken the immune system, which increases infectivity and transmissibility, thereby...

Viral escape analysis has become significantly important area of research due to an unpredictable nature of frequent gene mutations in viruses. Mutation in genes of virus is posing frequent threats to humanity from time to time as the drug or vaccines developed for virus becomes less effective against the mutated viruses. In this study, we proposed...

Inheritance refers to the mechanism of transmission of traits from parents to offspring. It can occur particularly through two mechanisms – genetic mechanism and epigenetic mechanism. Genetic mechanism of inheritance involves the process of gene transmission through DNA replication while epigenetic inheritance occurs through the secondary modific...
Experiment Findings
Hundreds of thousands of vehicles can be monitored through the single unified system. Irrespective of the high volume of data in Tera-bytes, the system would response in near real time. The system would be reliable irrespective of time span for the decades of year without the loss of performance. The maintenance of system would be significantly lowe...

Onset detection is a primary task in audio processing for any higher-level audio processing such as music information retrieval or automatic speech recognition. Onset detection using data driven approach is hard due to labeled data scarcity. In this work we use some in build dataset for training our convolutional neural network (CNN) work and make...

It is always the challenging task for every one when it comes to security. The companies depend heavily on fleets to deliver product on time and in good condition. With existing company name on fleet, if any driver has no complaint behavior, the company may fail to protect its brand value. It’s a huge concern for the fleet serving companies to moni...

Fleets are an indispensable part of human life starting from an early phase. There was always the need for a good carrier whether it was Stone Age or the age of modernized advanced technology of today. Sheep's and mules are still the means of transportation in the remote hilly areas where there is no facilitation of good transportation by roads. Ho...
