She is actively involved in consultation projects for renowned companies in various industries. Her research interests include branding, consumer behaviour organization development. She is experienced in holding research grants, publishing and presenting her research works in international journals, book and conferences, reviewing international journal articles, as well as act as an external assessor for other universities.
