为了揭示制造业企业中产品创新与工艺创新间知识流动的过程，基于Petri网的一般知识流模型，构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合模型与耦合过程模型。该模型在制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流中引入耦合度、知识内化能力和知识外化能力3个变量。另外，基于耦合度对知识流耦合过程的作用，该模型以“超文本结构”知识节点对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程进行控制。研究结果表明，知识流耦合度是控制知识流量的关键要素，“超文本结构”知识节点能够对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程实施有效的控制。

为了应对全球气候变化,在低碳经济背景下建立低碳技术观以引导低碳技术、低碳经济和低碳社会的发展方向成为必然.本文结合低碳技术和技术观的相关研究,从低碳技术的构成、特征与本质,低碳技术发展的一般规律和低碳技术创新机制三个方面剖析了低碳经济背景下的低碳技术观,揭示了低碳技术在时间状态、空间状态和时空状态维度的发展规律.研究发现,低碳技术观的建立将促进低碳技术的发展,树立低碳消费和低碳社会理念,进而推动人类社会与自然环境的和谐发展.

从技术、组织、环境三个维度提出了技术资源配置、技术认知、技术人才、组织战略、高管团队、政策环境、市场环境、科技环境对制造业企业信息化与工艺创新互动关系的影响假设.结合216家制造业企业的调研数据,运用回归分析法对所提假设进行检验,验证了各因素对制造业企业信息化与工艺创新互动关系的影响.

基于国内外现有研究成果，针对制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的现象，深入分析了影响知识流耦合的因素，提出了相应的假设，据此构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的理论模型。选择我国201家制造业企业作为研究对象进行问卷调查，运用结构方程模型对所提假设进行假设检验，研究结果表明：知识流耦合度、组织环境、知识传递方式和知识节点特性与知识流耦合效率正相关，知识特性与知识流耦合效率负相关．其中组织环境对知识流耦合效率的影响最大。

本文从信息化对我国制造业绿色创新的影响分析入手，探讨了我国制造业绿色创新现行政策的缺失，阐明了信息化条件下构建制造业绿色创新政策体系的必要性。从产学研合作、人才培养与引进、知识产权信息服务、财政补贴、税收优惠和金融支持六个方面构建了信息化条件下我国制造业绿色创新政策体系。以期为我国制定信息化条件下制造业绿色创新政策提供依据。

在知识管理的视角下,分析了制造业企业工艺创新过程要素,基于识别后的过程要素,构建了基于知识管理的制造业企业工艺创新过程螺旋模型,最后以格力电器为实证分析对象,对其工艺创新过程中的知识管理情况进行分析.研究结果表明:制造业企业工艺创新过程包含2个核心要素,知识特性和知识节点特性；在工艺创新过程中,工艺创新知识在工艺创新的5个阶段和阶段内知识管理的4个过程中螺旋递增和上升,在一定跃迁临界值的制约下进行工艺创新活动；格力电器对工艺创新过程进行了针对性的知识管理,提高了其工艺创新能力,并为保持其制造方面的优势提供了支持.

从规模、技术、环境、战略和文化等方面深入分析了信息化条件下制造业企业工艺创新组织的特征，探讨了信息化条件下流程导向型工艺创新组织结构构建的原理，在此基础上针对中小型及大型制造业企业的不同情况分别构建了符合自身条件的流程导向型工艺创新组织结构模型，最后通过案例分析对流程导向型工艺创新组织结构进行了验证。

基于制度经济学的制度均衡视角,从制度供给的滞后性和制度需求的迫切性两方面分析了国际科技合作知识产权制度存在的不足,构建了国际科技合作知识产权制度创新框架,对国际科技合作知识产权制度中供给层面的法律制度、行政制度和监督制度,以及需求层面的培训制度、保密制度、激励制度和保障制度度进行了创新,并提出了制度运行的推进策略,以期为政府制定相关的法律和政策提供参考依据.

在将绿色工艺创新分为清洁生产技术创新和末端治理技术创新的基础上,运用2003 - 2009年27个制造行业的面板数据,实证分析了FDI对我国制造业绿色工艺创新的影响.结果表明,FDI对清洁生产技术创新和末端治理技术创新产生了正向的直接影响,而对两种绿色工艺创新产生了负向的间接影响.总体来看,FDI对我国制造业两种绿色工艺创新均产生了负向的综合影响.
