为了揭示制造业企业中产品创新与工艺创新间知识流动的过程,基于Petri网的一般知识流模型,构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合模型与耦合过程模型。该模型在制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流中引入耦合度、知识内化能力和知识外化能力3个变量。另外,基于耦合度对知识流耦合过程的作用,该模型以“超文本结构”知识节点对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程进行控制。研究结果表明,知识流耦合度是控制知识流量的关键要素,“超文本结构”知识节点能够对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程实施有效的控制。

基于国内外现有研究成果,针对制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的现象,深入分析了影响知识流耦合的因素,提出了相应的假设,据此构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的理论模型。选择我国201家制造业企业作为研究对象进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对所提假设进行假设检验,研究结果表明:知识流耦合度、组织环境、知识传递方式和知识节点特性与知识流耦合效率正相关,知识特性与知识流耦合效率负相关.其中组织环境对知识流耦合效率的影响最大。

在知识管理的视角下,分析了制造业企业工艺创新过程要素,基于识别后的过程要素,构建了基于知识管理的制造业企业工艺创新过程螺旋模型,最后以格力电器为实证分析对象,对其工艺创新过程中的知识管理情况进行分析.研究结果表明:制造业企业工艺创新过程包含2个核心要素,知识特性和知识节点特性;在工艺创新过程中,工艺创新知识在工艺创新的5个阶段和阶段内知识管理的4个过程中螺旋递增和上升,在一定跃迁临界值的制约下进行工艺创新活动;格力电器对工艺创新过程进行了针对性的知识管理,提高了其工艺创新能力,并为保持其制造方面的优势提供了支持.

基于制度经济学的制度均衡视角,从制度供给的滞后性和制度需求的迫切性两方面分析了国际科技合作知识产权制度存在的不足,构建了国际科技合作知识产权制度创新框架,对国际科技合作知识产权制度中供给层面的法律制度、行政制度和监督制度,以及需求层面的培训制度、保密制度、激励制度和保障制度度进行了创新,并提出了制度运行的推进策略,以期为政府制定相关的法律和政策提供参考依据.

在将绿色工艺创新分为清洁生产技术创新和末端治理技术创新的基础上,运用2003 - 2009年27个制造行业的面板数据,实证分析了FDI对我国制造业绿色工艺创新的影响.结果表明,FDI对清洁生产技术创新和末端治理技术创新产生了正向的直接影响,而对两种绿色工艺创新产生了负向的间接影响.总体来看,FDI对我国制造业两种绿色工艺创新均产生了负向的综合影响.
