Introduction
My research enhances surface quality and dimensional accuracy in manufacturing, emphasizing sub-micrometer and nanometer-level precision. Innovative methodologies like machine vision and deep learning enable real-time monitoring, facilitating instantaneous error detection and optimization of production efficiency. This contributes to smart manufacturing by developing essential sensing and decision-making systems, ultimately achieving zero-defect manufacturing standards in manufacturing.
