Rural 3.0 is set as a knowledge alliances between different European Universities and rural partners. The project sets a common framework and online space at the European level to stimulate rural social entrepreneurship, the development of the core skills of the rural residents, and to make university students responsive to the needs of rural areas while working with the rural communities to develop sustainable economic, social and environmental solutions through service learning.
The project Rural 3.0: Service Learning for the Rural Development will set a framework for an integrated transnational approach of academic teaching and learning that contributes to the development of rural areas, meeting their needs and boosting innovation in these areas through an innovative methodology and creating community-university partnerships.
