I define myself as an evolutionary biologist and a systematist. In my opinion, Evolutionary Biology needs both the wide and well-aware taxonomic sampling and the methodology of systematics. Phylogenetics provides the relationship between species and taxonomy allows saving/retrieving knowledge about them. I work for improving knowledge integration and logical reasoning in this framework.
