Introduction
I have worked on the relation between institutions (as the rules of the economy) and development and especially on three topics for 20 years: - Local public decisions, food quality supply chain, and technological innovations in agriculture - Farmers’ decision-making, farmers’ renewal, farms capitalisation and factors determining the farm performance. - PERF Program which aims to provide support to farms and local agri-food chain for the strategic management of sustainable development

  • As an ACRE Project Technical Consultant, my role is to work with Duncan HILCHEY (Lyson Center) on the development of the Agri-Cluster Resilience and Expansion (ACRE) program. I am also assisting Duncan HILCHEY on the Black Dirt Onion Value-Chain project, which is an important step of the ACRE program. I share my experience on strategic business planning tools and processes that engage all stakeholders in the value chain to work collectively in carving out and defending a market niche.
