Introduction
Petr Nuska is a visual ethnomusicologist – an interdisciplinary researcher working at the intersections of anthropology, visual studies and music studies. He is currently based at the Department of Ethnomusicology and Ethnochoreology at the Institute of Ethnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He has recently been awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Slovak Academy of Sciences for a research project exploring the phenomenon of Romani chords.
