Introduction
I work at the Department of Educational Sciences, Masaryk University, Czech Republic. My research focuses on teachers' work ability, its antecedents and outcomes, using the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model. I also study career adaptability during educational and labor market transitions and the social adaptation of refugee students.
