Introduction
My expertise spans various areas, including digital transformation, innovative business models, supply chain management, business process management, and technology adoption. I have published papers in highly-rated journals, served as a visiting professor, and reviewed for 45 journals and research proposals for 10 research agencies. My work has been cited over 10,000 times, achieving an h-index of 38. I have conducted several practitioner workshops and integrate theory with practice.
