Introduction
He is presently member of the History of Art Department in the Universidad de Sevilla. The received his PhD in History of Art from this institution, with his work “Intramuros: arquitectura en Manila, 1739-1788”. He finished his undergraduate studies in Music at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Sevilla; and in History of Art at the Universidad de Sevilla. More recently he has been visiting researcher in Manila, Mexico, Florence and London.

I am trying to organize an international group of researchers working on cultural dialogues in South-East/South Asian territories during the 18th century. These processes can be found in architecture, languague, arts, crafts, sciences... All of them will be welcomed. Once we get several perspectives, we will try to find how to work together, applying for a Spanish call. Thank you!

We are seeking how interesting can be this topic for a future proposal. We will try to give a transdisciplinary persective, not only from the Humanities, and we are open to any idea that can help us to understand this problem.
War Heritage, even when it is from old times, play a different role in Heritage interpretation. This problem is similar in Macao, Manila, Sapporo, Sao Paulo, Veracruz or San Agustin de la Florida, just to give some examples. Although they are samples of technical dialogue, now are explained mainly as Imperial tools.
