Introduction
Pedro Acevedo (= P. Acevedo-Rodriguez) currently works at the Department of Botany, Smithsonian Institution. Pedro does research in floristics, biogeography, and Systematics of Sapindaceae and taxonomy of climbing plants . His projects include: 'A guide to the genera of lianas and climbers of the Neotropics; A monograph of the Neotropical genus Paullinia (Sapindaceae); Floristics of the West Indies and Botany of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
