Our research team wants to do a work to assess the importance of public and private communication systems (social networks, websites, blogs, scientific forums, among others) to foster collaboration with scientists from a country abroad and support their return. I would be grateful if you could provide us references of this interesting topic.

We are looking for papers inquiring in processes of scientific mobility/ entrepreneurship /intra-entrepreneurship.
In their international mobility experience, researchers acquire new knowlegde on their topic but also develop management skills. These assets can be transfered to scientific institutions (public or private) in their home countries upon return. In this sense, mobility is to be understood as the training proccess conducieve to affect researcher's intra-entreprenurial /entreprenurial intentions.
Therefore, we are looking for to find papers relating the concepts of "scientific mobility", "entrepreneurship" "intra-entrepreneurship".
