Paulo is a 2nd year Ph.D. candidate at the Institute for Research on Portuguese-speaking Countries, City University of Macau. He has a Master´s degree in Applied Management at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (2017-18, Portugal). The main research area of his Master’s is multidimensional intercultural adaptation of individuals and organizations in business contexts. His current research interests are intercultural adaptation issues in the China-Africa context and risk analysis
