Introduction
I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. within INSiDR (Industrial Graduate School in Digital Retail) at the University of Borås. I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. within INSiDR (Industrial Graduate School in Digital Retail) at the University of Borås and Jönköping International Business School. My empirical research interest is focused on the customer experience in the technologically evolving retailscape. Theoretically, I'm focused on combining grand theory to describe consumer experiences in relation to novel technology. I hope that my academic contribution will be a statement on the need to utilize GT and not the middle-ground theory to fully account for these 'new' experiences. My work is strongly theory-driven and exploratory. As an MSc in anthropology I'm interested in social ontology and strongly believe in ethnographic methodology as to uncover the human experience.
