Introduction
Patricia Etuna Mbah is a lecturer with Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia in Abia State. She is a Professor of Home Economics and the current President of Home Economics Council of Nigeria (HECON) and A Fellow of Home Economics Professional Association of Nigeria (HEPAN). She is also the Vice President, Africa Region of International Federation of Home Econmics and is awarded International Professional Home Economics (IPHE). Their most recent publication is Nutritional Knowledge, Attitude and Practices of Women Living with HIV/AIDS in Lagos Southwest, Nigeria.
