The waste from fruit and vegetable processing and also agricultural wastes contain valuable particles (antioxidants, dietary fibers, proteins, natural dyes, aromatics, adsorbent sites for removing toxins and contaminants) and, on the other hand, can be extracted, purified, and valorized in value-added products. This is the basis for regaining the c...
Due to the low dietary value of crops, Zn-deficient soils and insufficient intake of other minerals, soil fortification is often necessary. Fortification is defined as the addition of one or more crucial nutrients to a food to reduce poverty in a population or specific population groups. Currently available technologies for rice fortification with...
The sustainable removal of toxic heavy metals from Pharmaceutical effluent has become one of the major concerns and challenges to scientists and engineers, despite there are numerous treatment technologies. IntroductionTreating stomach cancer remains a major challenge. There have been many reports of the positive effect of modified carvacrol and anti-cancer peptides on gastric cancer. The main purpose of this study was to determine and design a fusion modified carvacrol and anti-cancer peptide against AGS gastric cancer cell line using flowcytometry t...
Research-based projects are conventionally regarded as the capstone of an undergraduate degree. These projects combine what students have learned in their coursework with the undertaking of small, independent research projects. We advocate engaging students towards completing their final research projects from their very first year in science and e...
By nature, research is a trek into the unknown by routes that may include a research pilgrimage like attending academic conferences, conducting interviews and experiments, and reading related research often via the digital environment that characterizes higher education in the 21st Century. They may find all sorts of information to include pointers...
