Introduction
My work focuses on the use of social design to co-create physical activity programs for seniors, based on psychological theoretical models. I study how this participatory approach can enhance engagement and the sustainability of practice while improving health and quality of life. My goal is to propose an innovative and transferable methodology to promote active and sustainable aging.
