Question
I'm performing a research in wich some mild changes in fetal brain are observed when a pregnant woman gains excessive weight during pregnancy. If I see into the variables I'm measuring (atria, Cavum septum pellucidum, cisterna magna), their means and medians do not differ much, but when i see their percentiles for each gestational age, there is great difference between groups. What can be the statistics i should use in this case.
I'm very gratefull for your help
