Introduction
Professor of Psychology and Director of Emotions Lab at the University of Malaga (Spain), and vice-president/co-founder, International Society for Emotional Intelligence. His current themes of research are: (1) Experimental and correlational analysis of individual differences in EI, (2) develop of new ways to assess EI in children and adolescents, and (3) design of customized training programs for improving people’s EI.
