Introduction
Oya was the Associate Dean of Education for Built Environment at UNSW (2013-17). Before that, she was Program Head for Industrial Design (2006-09), and Postgraduate Program Director for the Master of Industrial Design and Master of Science Industrial Design Programs (2002-05) at UNSW. Before UNSW, Oya was at METU, Ankara (1991-00) and at Art Centre College of Design (EU)(1989-90). She has been an invited Jury Member for national and international Good Design Awards.
