Introduction
My research interests are management and leadership in health and social care, leadership in digital services, multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership, leading evidence-based health care, patient-centeredness, frequent attenders and staff wellbeing. My methodological expertise relies strongly on quantitative research methods, content analysis and systematic reviews. I lead the ArcticHealthManagement research group and supervise doctoral candidates and master students.
