Osman Ceylan is a Senior Applications Engineer in Maury Microwave USA. Currently, Osman does research in high power device characterization and design. I saw several GaN foundries from China in few exhibitions. It seems they have very good technology and product variety. The companies such as Wolfspeed, Ommic, Qorvo, Sumitomo, and UMS have satisfiying GaN technology but I think the rules will be made by big device manufacturers in China.
