Introduction
Professor Dr. Orhan Uludag is a full time faculty member at Central Asian University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He has earned his BSc & MSc in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and his PhD in the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Eastern Mediterranean University. His research interests are stress, burnout, engagement, performance, conflict in tourism and education. He has co-authored several articles in top ranking tourism and hospitality journals.
