Introduction
Dr. Özçatalbaş graduated from Çukurova University in 1986 and completed his PhD in Agricultural Economics in the same institution in 1994. He joined to the Akdeniz University at Antalya in 1998 as an assistant professor of agricultural economics and promoted to professorship in 2011 with his MSc and PhD studies, and rural extension and development, and ICT. He has been as a visitor scientisit for Postdoc, in Hannover University, Institute of Horticultural Economics 1999-2000. Professional experiences in rural development/policy/extension/organic marketing as an expert in national & international projects(EU/CFCU, FAO, UNDP).
