Introduction
I'm a geographer doing my PhD studies at the Geography Research Unit at the University of Oulu in Finland. My top research interests are periglacial environment, palsa mires and climate change. In my thesis I'll study the distribution of palsa mires in the Northern Hemisphere by using statistical modelling techniques like GLM, GAM, GBM, RF.
