Introduction
I am a Ph.D. student in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Toronto, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anastasia Kuzminykh. My research explores Trustworthy AI, Humanized AI, Conversational Agents, and human-AI communication. I hold two master’s degrees: one in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Siegen, Germany (2022), and another in Urban Design from the University of Art, Tehran (2020). My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering from R

Charging electric vehicles (EVs) with renewable energy can lessen their environmental impact. However, the fluctuating availability of renewable energy affects the sustainability of public EV charging stations. Nearby public charging stations may utilize differing energy sources due to their microgrid connections-ranging from exclusively renewable...

Continued urbanization, along with anthropogenic global warming, has and will increase land surface temperature and air temperature anomalies in urban areas when compared to their rural surroundings, leading to Urban Heat Islands (UHI). UHI poses environmental and health risks, affecting both psychological and physiological aspects of human health....

Predicting solar radiation in cities using the Artificial Neural Network model (ANN) is a pioneering step in transforming future-oriented city planning using solar energy. This research harnesses vast datasets to forecast the average annual solar radiation, considering minimal urban information across various urban attributes, including coordinates...

Designing routing systems for earthquakes requires frontend us-ability studies and backend algorithm modifications. Evaluations from subject-matter experts can enhance the design of both the front-end interface and the back-end algorithm of urban artificial intelligence (AI). Urban AI applications need to be trustworthy, responsible, and reliable a...

The use of BIM, GIS, and digital twins enable buildings to be more energy-efficient consumption. The study examines the energy usage of types of urban Super-blocks using a simplified real-world simulation. This research proposes a novel method for combining two-dimensional GIS data with a three-dimensional BIM model. Rather than improving the urban...

The COVID-19 virus and its outbreak were among the most considered research areas in different science branches throughout last year. Meanwhile, some extensive studies have been conducted on the factors influential in increasing the infection rate. The present study examines the relationship between two sets of factors. Firstly, the rate of infecti...

Nowadays, with the rapid development of cities, the demand for efficient and renewable energy, particularly solar radiation, is growing. Thus, urban planners and designers should employ solar energy analysis as a requirement to propose efficient solutions. This research aims to determine the maximum annual solar radiation with the least volume in v...

Although the needs of the world's population in different fields can be satisfied using solar energy, use of solar radiation energy is not often employed due to the requirement for complex calculations and lesser-known techniques in designing urban spaces, especially at the scale of urban blocks. Therefore, the present study was aimed to design and...
