I am using EtO technique to sterilize the lyophilized protein. However, EtO adducts in proteins sample is always an issue for further cell related experiments. How can we determine a residual amount of EtO in sample after sterilization. Kindly suggest any advance acceptable methods/techniques.

Kindly suggest any advance technique to sterilize lyophilized protein. I am using EtO to sterilize lyophilized protein but again there is an issue for EtO adducts in proteins may impact the functionality of the protein material for further cell experiments.

I am working on an extracellular matrix secretory putative protein(Eukaryotic). Through Phosphoproteomics studies, I got to know that phosphorylation sites are available in this protein.
