Dear Fellow researchers,
I am a novice at Amos SPSS, I am learning via Youtube video and tutorials. I received an in to the error message below when trying to Calculate Estimates....
An error occurred while attempting to fit the model.
The sample moment matrix is not positive definite. It could fail to be positive definite for any of the following reasons:
1. The sample covariance matrix or the sample correlation matrix contains a data entry error.
2. The observed variables are linearly dependent (perhaps because the size is too small).
3. The sample covariance matrix or sample correlation matrix was computed from incomplete at using the method of 'pairwise deletion'.
4. The sample correlation matrix contains correlation coefficients other than product moment correlations (such as tetrachoric correlations).
For maximum likelihood estimation only, it may be appropriate to check "Allow non-positive definite sample covariance matrices" in the "Analysis Properties" window, or to use the NonPositive method.
I have tried all I could. No missing data. All variables used correlates with one another when ran through a correlational matrix. Although, some were negatively correlated.
Kindly advice on what can be done to solve this error and to get my data calculated.
Thank you.
The recent uprising in smartphone use have increased the rate of digital photo taking and sharing on social media platforms. I am curious to know if factors resident in 'Self' (Self concept, self image, self-esteem, self-compassion and perception respectively) can moderate how deaf individuals receives and share photos on cyber communities. I will appreciate scholars who can share published articles on photo sharing among deaf.
I want to use it to analysis past and present event in other to infer or make inferences for the fourth industrial revolution vis-a-vis the optimum survival of persons with disabilities.I will appreciate if I can get a sample of studies that have done similar thing.
Thank you.
