Proyecto Binacional México-España nacido en el seno de la Cátedra UNESCO-ICDE Movimiento Educativo Abierto para América Latina en la estancia 2019-2021 de dicha Cátedra. En el Marco de las competencias 4.0 se desarrollan distintas actividades de difusión por etapas: 1ª Etapa: Curso de formación de Matronas del Área Sanitaria de la Axarquía en competencias digitales. 2ª Etapa: Webinar UNE-UNESCO con 6.491 participantes internacionales. Tras esto se plantea un Seminario de Salud Digital.
