The kinetics of the formation and growth of 180° domains in a weak quasi-stationary external electric field has been investigated theoretically in the framework of the Ginzburg-Landau model within the statistical approach for proper ferroelectrics used as an example. The influence of the temperature quenching and the strength of an external electri...
The kinetics of the formation and growth of regular domain structure (RDS) in a high-frequency electric field has been considered in the framework of the phenomenological Ginzburg-Landau model using the example of lithium tantalite (LiTaO3) crystals that undergo a second-order ferroelectric phase transition of the order-disorder type. The numerical...
The kinetics of the formation and growth of 180° domains in a weak quasi-stationary external electric field has been considered in the framework of the phenomenological Ginzburg–Landau model using the example of sodium nitrite (NaNO2) crystals that undergo a first-order ferroelectric phase transition of the order–disorder type. The influence of the...
The effect of hydrostatic pressure on the kinetics of the formation of electrical domains in ferroelectric materials that undergo second-order phase transitions has been considered. It has been shown using the example of triglycine sulfate ferroelectric crystals undergoing an order-disorder phase transition that the applied pressure increases the o...
Pressure effect on the self-organization of quenched ferroelectric domain structure was studied. A phenomenological model for describing domain ordering has been developed. The nonlinear character of evolution process and the presence of asymmetric polydomain metastable phases was shown. It was established that AHS ferroelectric tends to form polyd...
Within the framework of Landau-Ginzburg theory the kinetics of domain structure formation in ferro-electrics that undergo first order phase transition was investigated under the influence of hydrostatic pressure. It was established that mechanical action increases the tendency of nonequilibrium system in the formation of stable polydomain structure...

The kinetics of relaxation of the quenched ferroelectric domain structure to the state of thermodynamic equilibrium was studied within the framework of phenomenological Landau theory of second-order phase transitions. The threshold nature of the formation of the regular domain structures, depending on the parameters of the external electric field,...
This Report was presented in ELECTROCERAMICS XVII conference (Augist 24-28, 2020).
The report presents the main field of our research and describes the main obtained regularities about kinetics of ferroelectrics under external influences.
The crystal is subjected to fast cooling to a temperature lower than the Curie temperature, and for a period of time required to form a regular domain structure, the sample is influenced by an external high-frequency electromagnetic field in the form of a plane polarized standing wave with a vector of the electric component of the collinear field t...
The effect of mechanical activation on the densification behavior of tetragonal zirconia nanopowders has been investigated. The obtained non-isothermal sintering data of nanopowders densification at the initial sintering stage reveal a correlation between the milling duration, mechanical energy and change in the sintering mechanisms.
It was found t...
The kinetics of the formation of regular domain structures has been investigated in the framework of the Ginzburg-Landau model, using the lithium tantalate crystal as an example. The nonmonotonic character of the evolution of the system to the state of thermodynamic equilibrium is shown. Due to the nonlinearity of the equations obtained, a numerica...
Introduction: Within the framework of the phenomenological theory of phase transitions of the second kind of Ginzburg-Landau, the kinetics of ordering of a rapidly quenched highly nonequilibrium domain structure is considered using the lithium tantalate and lithium niobate crystals as an example.
Experimental: Using the statistical approach, evolu...
The formation and evolution of the domain structure in the vicinity of the Curie point is studied in triglycine sulfate crystals subjected to fast cooling TC. We derive an analytical expression for time dependence of the mean characteristic domain size. This expression enable us to investigate the process of enlargement of domain structure through...

In the framework of the Landau phenomenological theory, to study the processes of ordering domain structures in ferroelectrics with a perovskite type structure during a first-order phase transition. It is assumed that quenching through the Curie point occurs in the absence of external influences, and relaxation is under the influence of hydrostatic pressure. A lead titanate crystal (PbTiO3) was chosen as a model object.
