Introduction
Ola is currently a Lecturer in Real Estate and co-Lead Shef.AI Urban, Innovation and Pedagogy Interest Groups at the University of Sheffield, UK.
His current research focuses on real estate economics with core interests in residential real estate markets, operational real estate, and digital/IT applications to real estate (PropTech). His research output has been published in top-tier journals and he has presented at international conferences in North America, Asia, and Europe.
