Introduction
Dr. Oktay Turetken is an Associate Professor in the Information Systems Group of the School of Industrial Engineering, Eindhoven University of Technology. He has a PhD degree in Information Systems. His research focuses on service-dominant business engineering and process innovation, enterprise transformation/improvement through maturity models, and soft factors in business process management.
