Online discussion of the ensuing pandemic exemplifies the extent and complexity of information required to understand human perception. Social media has proven to be a viable medium for identifying actionable data and analyzing public perception. As health sectors all over the world battled to obtain accurate information regarding COVID-19, this re...

Due to the complexity of data in computational processes, interpretation of pattern or extraction of information becomes difficult. Therefore, machine learning (ML) becomes useful in teaching machines how to handle data more efficiently. The learning algorithm provides predictive solution to environmental challenges. Descriptive methodology is intr...
Conference Paper
This paper presents a hybrid of CNN architecture and diagnostic chat box code named (COVIDBOTNET) for the determination and confirmation of COVID-19 cases using the CT scan. In terms of using a powerful artificial intelligence program to detect cases, the COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, has changed the paradigm. The pattern of occurrence i...

The introduction of web crawling made search engines possible and easier. A web-crawler has a behavioral similitude with the spider. Most times, a web-crawler has often termed a spider because of its behavior which is linked to building nets and trapping information to those nets. This paper investigates how the web information can be crawled, the...

Sentiments measured properly always give direction to future occurrences. Without an expression through feelings plus sensitive statements, it would be difficult to predict future occurrence. But when feelings are expressed through spoken languages or written texts, a projection of future event can be evaluated to an extent. Nigeria is blessed with...

Conflict is inevitable when it comes to communication between people from diverse background and settings. Computer systems also experience conflicts in form of bugs. Most naturally, before conflict of any sort occurs, be it ideas or perception, there must be some form of communication. Speech is one of the oldest and most natural means of informat...

Effective communication occurs when the receiver and sender both understand and synchronize the flow of information across board. The utility of language extends beyond human to human interaction and includes also, the use of syntactically formed programming languages to interact with digital systems. Nigeria has an estimate of over 450 languages,...

In this paper, we present a tiered vehicular forensics framework based on permission BlockChain. We integrate all entities involved in the forensics process and record their interactions in the BlockChain to generate comprehensive evidence for settling disputes and appropriating blame. We incorporate a watchdog entity in our tiered framework to pre...

Speech is one of the oldest and most natural means of information exchange between human. Over the years, Attempts have been made to develop vocally interactive computers to realise voice/speech synthesis. Obviously such an interface would yield great benefits. In this case a computer can synthesize text and give out a speech. Text-To-Speech Synthe...

Question
There are a lot of new technology implementation modeled to perform human functions.
In the field of conflict resolution, can computer systems (implementing artificial intelligence program) simulate or sense its environment to the degree that it uses its environmental inputs(Not numeric data but neuron specific data that houses emotions) to solve a conflicts situations to a point up-to 50% like humans?
