Objetivo General: Generar bioinsumos para la producción sostenible del cultivo de Vainita (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) como leguminosa de alta calidad nutricional en la canasta básica ecuatoriana. Objetivos Específicos OE1: Caracterizar las cepas nativas de rizobios mediante la prospección en suelos agrícolas para la elaboración de un bioinsumo. OE2: Optimizar la formulación de un bioinsumo enriquecido con cepas de rizobios nativos a través de un modelo de análisis factorial. OE3: Evaluar el rendimiento, calidad nutricional y nutraceútico de vainita en la Sierra Centro del Ecuador producida mediante la aplicación de un bioinsumo enriquecidos con cepas de rizobios nativos. OE4: Estimar la variación del impacto en la eutrofización del suelo, la huella hídrica y huella de carbono producidas por la sustitución de la fertilización convencional para la mitigación de las externalidades en el proceso productivo.
