Introduction
Oana Mitrea is professor for Disability and Diversity in the Context of Digitalization at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and external lecturer at the University of Klagenfurt. Until recently she has been Director for Innovation and Technology in the Silicon Alps Cluster, where she coordinated several expert groups on smart system technology topics. Her current focus is on the social studies of technology, with particular emphasis on user inclusion, diversity and disability .
