Introduction
I have 35 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. Despite freelancing, PR & Social Networking online at University of the People, California, USA, I contnue to nurture my research interest in Socioogy of Family, Health, Child Development and Organizational Behaviour & HRM. I am also Member (Social Scientist), Expert Group on HP Power Projects for appraisal of Social Impact Assessment Study reports, Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
