Introduction
DR. NURUL LIYANA MOHD KAMIL, is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, MBA from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and BBA (Hons.) in HRM from Universiti Tenaga Nasional. Her areas of expertise are focusing on leadership, personality, OCB, work engagement, workaholism, PSC, innovation, and organizational climate.
