Introduction
Nuria G. Rabanal currently works at the Economy and Statistics at the University of León, Spain. PhD in economics by the UNED University, her research interest focuses on the energy studies with special reference to European Union and Spain. From 2016 until know she is the director of the extraordinary Chair in Security and Defence in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Defence. Also she was a founder and the president of Teaching&Learning Innvation Institute, and international association to promote new teaching ways at university level.
