Study of mediation as a technique for solving job conflicts involving people with disabilities
Project
Research shows that it is increasingly common for people belonging to stigmatized groups to be subject to more insidious discrimination that manifests itself in the form of more subtle, incisive acts that are difficult to classify as acts of discrimination. This project analyzes the incidence of the perception of organizational justice and trust in the mediation system, on the effectiveness of mediation in the face of conflicts due to discrimination in the workplace. The protected groups under study will be women, LGB and people with disabilities.
