Introduction
My research is focused in the study of leisure, self and identity, and time management. Specifically, I'm working in the fields of physical activity, cultural practices, new forms of leisure, procrastination and time perspective and gender differences. With a research background in social psychology, my research projects aim to empower people in order to be autonomous and self-regulated.
