Ph.D., degree in Business and Industrial Psychology, I am professor of strategic management and human resources management in the Department of Business at University of A Coruña (Spain). I am currently interested in the analysis of factors affecting innovation transfer between university researchers and firms, in detecting entrepreneurial potential in different contexts, and in identifying born-global profile of internationalization in new firms. I am author/co-author of different books, book chapters and articles published in international academic journals. Also, I am participating in international research networks (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, GEM; RIER) and as international expert for the research evaluation of national projects for the Ministry of Education of Poland.
